A Little History on Jeff Maihack

I wanted to be a real estate agent and investor from a young age and subsequently pursued a career in real estate in 2004. After 14 years of working with buyers, sellers and investors my passion developed into helping people find a place of their own, allowing them to design their own space. Buying a home is a major life decision where people create their future with their families, friends and community.

During the late 80’s I worked with Mike Steele of Steele Realty marketing for land and home sales. Eventually, in 2004, I began working with a private investor buying and selling foreclosure properties throughout the Sacramento valley and surrounding areas. Then in 2007, I fulfilled my childhood dream and acquired my real estate license. And eventually, in 2011, started my own investment company buying and selling homes while partnering with investors. Through my years of experience, I acquired the vision, insight and knowledge of getting top dollar for real estate and identifying “a deal” when it’s there. So, whether you’re looking to buy, sell or improve your real estate my extensive experience on both sides of the real estate transaction is of great benefit to you.

A little about my personal background: I was born and raised in the Elk Grove area of Sacramento County and I currently reside in Folsom. I enjoy an active lifestyle riding a road or mountain bike, paddle boarding and keeping my head, heart and body in shape through my yoga practice. 2013 was a huge accomplishment for me as I rode my bicycle on a solo 3,613 mile journey across the United States. However, my greatest accomplishment is being a Dad to two amazing children, Ashlei and Blake. I am blessed and grateful for all I have.
